I believe that it was shot by one of the Illinois Rally Cabal members, Jacoby [last name omitted because I don't know if he wants it on here], who was down there with some guys shooting video for one of the competitors. Don't quote me on that, though. I know Jacoby has been trying to sign up for the forum and explain it all himself but has been unable as of yet.

That is truly priceless footage of what is surely now one very damaged EVO. The engine running as it hit the water means that the engine most likely ingested water, which does not compress as easily as internal engine componetry like connecting rods, pistons, the block, ect. That is likely a very expensive oopsie.
