There was a place by the Schaumburg Airport that had one. North of the Elgin-Ohare in that area with all the mechanic and body shops. I cannot think of the name but I recall they had a dyno and were tuning a supercharged corvette.

If you come up with a name or number for this place, please let me know. Do any of these sound right?
Strictly modified...A-spec...P&L motorsports...Speed inc...Boomba?

Unfortunately they do not...well P&L is familiar but they are by O'hare. I am hoping to get out of work early enough to stop at DS1 tonight. They are in the same industrial complex. I will do a lap around and see if I can find the place. Otherwise maybe the guys at DS1 will know. I will let you know.

I didn't make it to DS1 lastnight but I talked to coworker and he said the place I was talking about was most likely Spooled Performance. It was a short lived speed shop that was primarily a turbo diesel truck tuner. Unfortunately they are long gone.

He did suggest calling Suburban Tire in Hoffman Estates (On Higgins / Rt. 72) and talk to them. He seemed to think they had one or had some access to one. Good Luck. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
