Does anyone have a recommendation for Salem MO for the 100AW rally? I stayed at the Walnut last year and got sickern' a dog. The Holiday Inn Express is already booked. I really need a Smoke Free room - any ideas?

The Ranch. Otherwise lots of folks go down to Montauk State park...Cuba (a little far away, but close to Friday start) has a full complement of Hotels up on the I-44....and Cuba IS in Crawford County in which the 100AW races and so appreciates your patronage....Rolla is in Phelps County....and really doesn't participate in the 100AW experience...and all those Crawford County Commissioners like to hear that all the hotels in Cuba were full, too! Every little bit helps.

I think there's a link on the 100AW site for the Holiday Inn Express and several others in Cuba.

The Walnut strikes again!

I have rooms at the Holiday Inn booked for Saturday only. There may be a chance we will not be able to make it this year. I will let you know if that is the case.

You are correct - My years of smoking have left me with COPD and one night in a "Non-Smoking" room at the Walnut did me in. I am sorry you may have to miss the Rally but will appreciate the chance to get a room at the Holiday Inn Express.
