I'm passing this on from Dave and Rick - Dave Hintz unexpectedly lost his navigator; one of his crew can step in but does not know notes - is there a notes-capable navigator available for Ojibwe? Please see Dave at the rally.

Unfortunately I can't be there (I'm on a business trip in Oklahoma and Colorado) - would be a primo-ride!

If the couple from the wedding I missed Galway or the couple from the wedding I'm missing Ojibwe for get divorced I'm going to be super pissed.

I would demand my gift back.

By America's divorce rate, at least one of them will...

Thanks for posting this Rob.
Doug Chase did a surprisingly good job on Friday considering no prior experience with notes, and it had been 10 years since he had co-driven at all. He will ride with me again tonight.
Thanks to all the volunteers for making this event possible.

I thought Doug filled in for you two or three years ago at Ojibwe. Was that a different crew member?

In 2007 John Dillon co-drove for me while Rick was in Iraq. We won Paul Bunyan's ride on Friday night that year, but Krolikowskis beat us on Saturday night.

Something like 10 years ago, when Rick was rallying the 240Z, Doug was co-driving for me all the time in the RX7 and we did Headwaters - had a problem with the car and finished way back.
