Need crew for NEFR

I'm looking for a minimum of 1 person that has crewed in the past. Preferrably for a Subaru, but not necessary. I have 1 crew person with ZERO experience that will help, but needs direction. I will reimburse for any and all expenses.

I've offered this to a couple of others - but I'll have a couple guys on my crew just sitting around waiting for us to show up. If you need a hand with anything, feel free to ask them, and they all have subaru experience.

How do I solidify that they can help? I need one person to basically run the show and help set up the site, move the truck and trailer, maybe more than they want to get into?? Let me know if they want to do that much. Crewing is not an easy gig and I hate to "take advantage". I'm willing to compensate for the effort too!

I'm offering my guys as more of a supplement to your crew. They will be too busy with setup/break down of our stuff, so logistically, I don't think it would work. If you can find at least one guy to be your crew chief, and be responsible for moving the stuff around, I can probably spare a couple guys to turn wrenches if you need repairs.
