Is it an EVO VII or just a 2002 Lancer w/ the sport package?

hey Alex! It's supposed to be a Vll, it's a bad scan, the front plate says EVO Vll. might this qualify as "bait and switch"?

Ah, didn't see that. It very well could. Well if you expose it, and it is bait and switch, I'm pretty sure that's illegal so maybe you could get some money ;)

FWIW....(and don't get the wrong idea, I'm not much for rumors)...

I've heard there's an Evo VII driving around Bloomington, IL(site of the Diamond Star plant where the Eclipse - among others - is made, it's common for them to have pre-production models around). Someone on our local CentralIllinoisImports.org forum asked someone they knew who works at the plant when the Evo VII would arrive at dealers & was told 7/1/02. But that's much sooner than I thought they would be here.
