Man, unless I'm badly misinterpreting something from the stage scores on http://maineforestrally.com/mfw02-res.html or woefully ignorant of important details, the Maine Forset Winter Rally was nearly won by a Production car! Only .13 off the winner's SS1 score and then faster on SS2, SS3 and SS4, Ted and Lise appear to have had about a half-minute lead on Ogden starting SS5.

But Ted, what the heck happened on SS5?!?

Good job winning the class Mendhams, and congrats to everyone involved with the return of the Maine Winter Rally! Great to see that classic event running again.

((Sorry if this has already been discussed, but I was pretty much out of it last week and just now catching up.))

Thanks,
We went off about 4 miles short of the end of SS5, got stuck and it took several minutes to dig out.

We sure had fun. Congratulations to Ward and Casey.

Ted is an great driver. After all, he did take 1st in Prod at Maine Summer...He regularly spanks everyone at the NE Div rallycrosses in his wife's stock Civic, including all the 4wd modifieds...

We passed you in the snowbank on SS5...sorry about your mishap, and congrats on the rest of the stages!

Just goes to show you, once you factor out the Evos (only 1 entered), driving skill actually MEANS something...
