Description: Because of some new opportunities and changes in our 2008 program we are offering the Mustang Vodka Subaru for sale. Since our team is building only 2008 and up cars for next season, this car is available with a complete spare package and several trims:
1. Full Trim Open Class Car:
All STI Running gear, R180 diff, electronic center diff and a 34mm restrictor. We have not run this drivetrain yet so I’m not sure about the numbers but we should be able to get around 300 hp and 370 lbs of torque. Maybe more depending on the ECU we use. With this trim car will come freshly rebuilt with 12 new speedline wheels, 4/2 pot brakes, hydraulic hand brake integrated with center diff and more. This package will be $45,000 up and car will be prepped and delivered by PPD Motorsports.
2. Open class car with 6 speed trans and WRX 2.5 liter engine
This is how the car was run at 100AW. This is a similar set up to Matt Johnsons car except we have a 2.5 liter engine from a 2006 car. It was tuned by PNL Motorsports and has 220 hp at the wheels and 350 lbs of torque(with a 32mm restrictor). With this trim car will come with 15 used speedline wheels. This setup works very well and we set the 2nd fastest time on the last stage of 100aw (and we had spin) and 4th fastest on the super special (lions park). A good driver can definitely compete with all top privateers with this set up. This package is $39,000.
3. PGT trim(note that this car is not PGT legal) – here we would downgrade to a stock WRX gearbox and remove the rear STI wing. Same hp and this is the setup we used in Sno-Drift and Ojibwe. You can still put in very impressive times and car drives very well with this setup. Price $36,000.
4. No drive train at all – if you have a drive train or would like to built your own we will sell the car as is with no engine, gearbox and diffs. Price is negotiable here be we would like to be around $30,000.
5. Just the shell: this would be the least favorable option to me but I will sell it like this if someone wants to built out to their own spec. Price: $12,000.

Below are some specs on the car as I remember. I am sure that many items were forgotten, but please feel free to contact me with any questions. The total cost for all parts on this car was over $50,000. Plus labor, logistics and setup this was an expensive built. Before the built I have gotten some quotes for a new car like this and all were about $80,000. This is very good chance to own this car for a fraction of that cost and one that has always finished and has a good setup and all glitches worked out. This car did 4 rallies: Ojibwe (would have finished 4th overall but we given a penalty), Lake Superior (would have finished 4th overall but was got 6th due to a time penalty again), Snow-Drift (had a good fight with Kyle for 3rd overall but lost 3rd gear both days – we scrapped both of these gearboxes), and last 100 AW (dq for speeding on transit).
Specs:
1. Shell: 2002 WRX clear title and accident free fitted with a custom cages cage step 3 cage made from light weight t45 steel. This is the top cage for this car and is FIA homologated. Cage was tig welded in place and shell was seam welded. All rally bits were added by PPD Motorsport and included spare tire mount, opening for jack stands with included Prodrive stands, Prodrive skid plate mount, proper seat mounts (there is about 5 inches of space between the seat and the cage), full carbon and Kevlar underbody protection with run flat wire protection, carbon foot rests, trunk divider gauge cluster, flocked dash (proper job), modified hand brake and more
2. STI Drivetrain: from 2005 Subaru STI with only 20K miles. Never rallied.
WRX Drivetrain: from 2006 Subaru WRX with 15K miles, transmission has only 1K miles and was never rallied. Over 220 hp and 330 lbs of torque at the wheels. Have all dyno sheets. This is on a stock reflashed ECU and 104 octane gas.
3. Suspension: bought new for Ojibwe from Rallispec – RSSR with hydrolic bump stops
4. Interior bits: Recaro SPG seats with side impact protection, recaro mounts, sparco steering wheel, custom cluster by PPD Motorsports with boost gauge, kill switch and light and diff controls.
5. Misc: Prodrive exhaust, Prodrive wheel scrapers, modified jack, spill kit, med kit, tow rope, triangles, peltor intercome, coralba computer and more. Spare package can be negotiated.

I am open to trading the car for a 2008 Subaru WRX plus $ or a cool road car like an Audi RS4, S5 or a 911 turbo. Would also be open to a trade for a newer pickup truck or a Sprinter van. I’m am flexible so please contact me and let me know your thoughts. Car will be delivered to the owner on me anywhere in the main states and will come with no graphics, fresh paint on bumpers and freshly rebuilt and clean ready for a rally.
