Iím reposting my WRX for sale. Itís currently in the most developed state ever! Itís reliable, set up properly and now itís REALLY freaking fast. Look, I know itís ugly ñ try to see past that. See new shiny paint and sponsor decals etc.
She has a Rocket Rally prepared shell with complete under body, stump bars and pin stands etc. Ask them how much this costs. Itís not cheap. The engine is a closed deck JDM EJ20 (parts are not an issue) with 105,000 kms. With the TD05 turbo and V2 STI intercooler this thing hauls a$$ on the JDM ECU. Catless up pipe and rally duty straight exhaust make this car scream with pleasure. The car is working exactly how it should. If you were to add simple tuning and injectors this set up is probably good for 300+ HP.
The EJ20 turbo coupled to a VIII STI-RA tranny with DCCD creates a street and gravel shredding combination that needs to completely disappear from my occasional commute to work! Itís completely bad ass. Almost everyone over 25 absolutely hates it.
DMS 50 mm suspension makes the car. There is nothing better. I want it for my street car ñ except that it makes you want to attack every corner you see in anger. No, wait, maybe thatís the trannyÖ or the 7500RPM at 15PSIÖ whatever it is itís really hard on all my tires. And also hard on my neighbours who have to look at all my tires. I sure have a lot of tires in my yard for the trendy part of town I live in.
Anyway, itís tuned, serviced and ready to rock. It has a strong finishing record, it needs nothing to be repaired, itís put together properly, it has references and itís not THAT expensive. Try getting a quote on a WRX swap into a GC chassis and then add all the rally crap. And then work out all the bugs.
This turn-key car with 6 Raceline RL7s and 10 gravel tires is offered at 16K USD with delivery to and service at WW. That's probably half the cost of getting one built like this.
I can also make the car available for less money with a VF11 Turbo and no tranny!
