PPD Motorsport driver begins season at Sno*Drift
Atlanta, MI, January 27th 2009: Piotr Wiktorczyk and Grzegorz Dorman representing
PPD Motorsport based in Lake Barrington, IL will begin their 2009 season at Sno*Drift
National Rally. This is the first round of Rally America National Championship, as well
as the beginning of the battle for two spots left for XGames 15 rally competition.
This will be a debut start for pair Wiktorczyk / Dorman. Wiktorczyk showed a big
potential last season finishing few events in top five, topping his season with his best result of fourth
place overall at Ojibwe Forest Rally in Bemiji, MN. Dorman is a 2008 second runner up in the Rally
America Central Region co-driver championship and was invited for the run offs in Salem, MO this
February. Polish duo from Illinois joins a crowd in the Super Production class newly established in Rally
America championship.

The rally will consist of 132 competitive stage miles divided onto 20 stages in northeastern lower
Michigan. The roads used for this event will be covered with a lot of snow and high banks on the sides
which will help skilled driver to keep them on the road as well as slow down before tight turns.
Piotr Wiktorczyk:”I’m really excited about this season as we have a couple new sponsors and I
love the new SP class. I think we’ll see a great battle here. In my opinion there are at least 5 guys that
can battle for the top honors, so the competition will be really cool this year. The car is also ready with a
new paint job and a new number and since we ran it in this trim last year we hope to have an edge on
the other guys. Finally, I’m very excited to partner up with Greg Dorman for Sno-Drift, which by the way
is one of my favorite events and hope we can take the podium for the first time in SP. .”

Grzegorz Dorman: “In my third start at Sno*Drift looks like I’ll be finally tested at the right speed.
Peter is a driver with big potential and I hope this season he will be able to show that more often to the
other competitors. I’m glad to see additions of Super Special stages to the stage line up at some events
now. This is one of the few things rallying in United States needs.”
Piotr Wiktorczyk and Grzegorz Dorman will start the event eight on the road. Rally will begin Friday
afternoon in Lewiston, MI and end with the ceremonial finish and champagne spray in Hillman, MI on
Saturday night.
